Bryan Glen is the owner of  a property investment and development company in the Greater Vancouver

Area. He was the past President of K-2 Resources, the predecessor company to Jazz Resources. Bryan has

been involved in the mining industry for the past 28 years.

Douglas Philip was a public school teacher in the Vancouver area and holds a B.Ed. from the University of

British Columbia. Doug presently operates a ranch at 100 Mile House in the B.C. interior.

Sean Butler , B.Sc. , PGeo. , is a geologist with mineral exploration experience starting in 1980. 

He has worked in North and South America on projects ranging from grassroots to preliminary feasibility.

He has broad experience in base and precious metal projects and project management.

He also has experience in open pit and underground mining.

Byron Nutting was an economist with the federal government for 20 years. He has an MA in economics and

a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Jose Perez has over 14 years experience working in the financial industry. After graduating from McGill

University he began his career at Canada Trust and then moved on to Union Securities Ltd. as a trader and

investment advisor. Since 2002 Mr. Perez has been providing corporate development and investor relations

services to reporting and non-reporting companies.
